TINY ADVENTURES – General Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

  • TINY ADVENTURES is a weekly music and movement class for preschool children aged 2.25 years and older.

  • Each session lasts around 40 minutes.

  • TINY ADVENTURES is a theme-based, structured class with set activities, led and delivered by Nick.

  • All sessions are subject to availability.

2. Booking and Payment

  • The cost of each session is £7.50, payable in termly blocks of 12 sessions.

  • Bookings can be made through our website or directly via email or phone.

  • Obligation-free trial sessions are available for a reduced fee of £5 and must be paid prior to the session.

  • If subsequent sessions are booked on the day of the trial, the trial fee (£5) will be deducted from the total for the term.

3. Adult Supervision

  • All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during TINY ADVENTURES sessions.

  • Adults are required to help their child participate in the session, throughout.

  • Siblings under 12 months can attend if in a papoose/sling, car seat or similar, for the duration of the session.  This is to ensure that the accompanying adult can fully support their participating child.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Class Fees: All fees must be paid in advance.

  • Missed Classes: If your child is unable to attend a session due to illness or holiday, we can offer one free session as a replacement, in the following term.

  • Refunds: further missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded. If there is a problem with completing the term, please discuss this with the TINY ADVENTURES team.

  • Cancelled Classes: If TINY ADVENTURES cancels a class, a credit for that session will be applied to the next term’s invoice, or a refund for the session will be made if more appropriate.

  • Notification of Cancellations: We will always aim to provide as much notice as possible for any class cancellations. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, we will notify you by text or phone call. Please ensure we have your up-to-date contact details.

5. Health and Safety

  • Parents/guardians are required to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements that may affect their child’s participation in the sessions.

  • TINY ADVENTURES will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment for children, but parents/guardians acknowledge that they are responsible for their child’s safety while at the venue.

  • Children should be dressed appropriately for active movement and play, and wear soft soled shoes only.

6. Photography and Filming

  • Photographs or video footage may be taken, by the organisers only, during TINY ADVENTURES sessions for promotional purposes (e.g., on our website or social media).

  • Parents/guardians will be asked for consent before any photos or videos are shared.

7. Termination of Participation

  • TINY ADVENTURES reserves the right to terminate participation if a child is not able to make the most of their class or prevents others from fully enjoying the class.

  • If a child becomes unwell during a session, the parent/guardian will be expected to take them home.

8. Liability

  • TINY ADVENTURES accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the sessions, except where caused by the negligence of TINY ADVENTURES staff.

  • By attending a session, parents/guardians agree to these terms and conditions.

9. Changes to the Program

  • TINY ADVENTURES reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions at any time. In the event of a session cancellation, a session refund or alternative session will be offered.

10. Data Protection

  • We will collect personal data for the purposes of class bookings, communication, and health & safety. This data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
